We are a registered Non Profit Organisation with CIPC and the National Department of Social Development.

7 Sports Development Foundation is the brainchild of Mr. Jabulane Hlalethoa, the founder of the Jab-Jabu 7-a-Side Soccer Challenge.  The foundation focuses on programmes that are geared  towards facilitating social cohesion, building and promoting entrepreneurial skills and encouraging a healthy lifestyle in the communities through sports activities. Through its sister organisation, 7 Sports Management Solutions,  the foundation has been hosting one of the biggest 7 a-side tournaments in Gauteng Province, in the township of Mamelodi called JabJabu 7-a-Side Soccer Challenge, 1 May each year, since the year 2001.    

The target market for the events hosted by the 7 Sports Development Foundation are the youth and adult market (15 to 60 years). The programmes run by the 7 Sports Development Foundation appeals to the Kiddies market and often used by families as a platform to entertain their loved ones.   

Besides the 7-a-side games, the Foundation supports grassroots sports events in Mamelodi and other areas as and when invited, through technical assistance (pro bono advisory services, sports event management training, sporting infrastructure and any form of assistance which will lead to the event being sustainable).
